That work now lives across three forms: strategic advisory through Nelson Advisory, keynote speaking, and one-on-one coaching through his Apex Mind™ methodology.
The through-line in all of it is the same: showing leaders what they can't see, and what they won't execute on, before it costs them something they can't get back.
Roddie and his wife Michele recently left Texas and relocated to Cyprus — the first stop in a broader exploration of a European base, with Spain, Croatia, and Malta next on the list. Two of their three adult children are part of the journey too.
